We’re happy to welcome Kelsey McShay to the T1DStrong team! Kelsey was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2021 at the age of 20, and diabetes has provided various challenges, the most demanding—learning how to maintain and cultivate an even healthier lifestyle than before her diagnosis. She will write content from her experiences and insights. We’re looking forward to reading her articles, and we believe her stories will empower our community.
